Background:

I grew up in the Philippines, enjoying a vibrant and close-knit community. Moving to Japan at the age of 12 opened my eyes to a different culture and way of life. It was during this transitional period that I developed a strong appreciation for health and well-being.

 Becoming a mother made me realize the importance of health, and I want to inspire others to take care of themselves too.
